We want you to love your purchase from Ecomlover. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@ecomlover.com. Do not send your item back before contacting us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at support@ecomlover.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Health or personal care items (if applicable)
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
